Because access to digital downloads is delivered automatically and irrevocably to your registered email address within 60 seconds of successful payment, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once delivery has taken place.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since digital files are dispatched immediately via automated server integration, orders cannot be cancelled or retracted once the payment has been completed and the email dispatch has been triggered.

3. Duplicate Payment Protection (100% Refundable)

If, due to an unstable internet connection or payment gateway timeout, your bank account or UPI handle was charged multiple times for the exact same order:

• Please notify us immediately at aicera.agency@gmail.com with your transaction IDs or payment screenshots.
• Once verified, 100% of the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded back to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.

4. 100% Delivery & File Access Guarantee

We are fully committed to ensuring you receive every single item you paid for. If you encounter any of the following issues:

• You did not receive the access email within 10 minutes (after checking Spam/Promotions).
• A link appears corrupted, non-functional, or inaccessible.
• You accidentally deleted the email or downloaded files from your device.
